You will receive our newsletter when you sign up for it or when we are allowed to send it to an existing customer according to legal regulations. Each newsletter contains an option to unsubscribe. After unsubscribing, we stop sending and only retain what is necessary to respect your unsubscription or to demonstrate that previous sending was allowed.

Only employees and parties who need the data for their work have access. We may share data with our hosting, IT, email, and newsletter service providers, delivery or service partners, and, when you request it or it is necessary for handling your request, an appropriate Element4 dealer. • Contact requests: up to twelve months after handling, unless a longer retention period is needed due to an ongoing case or legal obligation.
• Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe; data needed to demonstrate consent or unsubscription, as long as reasonably necessary.
• Business order, service, and warranty data: as long as necessary for execution, service, warranty, and any legal claims.
• Data that are part of the fiscal administration: as long as the legal retention obligation applies.
• Technical log data and cookie data: according to the terms in the cookie statement and the settings of the respective services.
